Configurar Inbox

En el Inbox de Sooprema recibirás todas las consultas procedentes de los portales más importantes tanto nacionales como internacionales.

In the Sooprema Inbox you will receive all enquiries from the most important national and international portals.

En el escritorio se muestran las últimas consultas recibidas pero también podrás acceder al listado general de las consultas que puedes encontrar en la parte superior izquierda de tu CRM.

The desktop shows the latest enquiries received, but you can also access the general list of enquiries that you can find in the top left corner of your CRM.

En este listado encontraremos todas las consultas recibidas así como las consultas eliminadas las cuales se podrán recuperar.

Para visualizar un correo recibido solo tienes que hacer clic en el nombre y aparecerá una ventana con toda la información la consulta y un botón donde podrás eliminarla o importar este lead a tu CRM.

De forma automática y periódica, el Inbox irá conectándose a tu servidor IMAP para comprobar si hay nuevas consultas. También dispones de un botón el cual te permitirá comprobar si tienes nuevas consultas de forma manual.

In this list we will find all the enquiries received as well as the deleted enquiries which can be recovered.

To view a received email you just have to click on the name and a window will appear with all the information about the query and a button where you can delete it or import this lead to your CRM.

Automatically and periodically, the Inbox will connect to your IMAP server to check if there are new queries. You also have a button which will allow you to check if you have new queries manually.

Justo al lado encontrarás un icono en forma de rueda dentada donde al pulsarlo podrás acceder a la configuración del Inbox.

Right next to it you will find an icon in the shape of a cogwheel where you can access the Inbox settings by clicking on it.

Introduce todos los datos solicitados y pulsa el botón azul para comprobar si está todo correcto. Una vez confirmado ya tendrás el Inbox completamente configurado y listo para recibir todos tus leads directamente en Sooprema.
